Reservations require a 50% deposit, which is refundable up to 90 days before check-in. Cancellation less than 90 days before check-in, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, only if the Villa is subsequently rented. If the Villa cannot be rented for that period, the full deposit shall be retained. For cancellations between Dec 15th and Feb 15, all deposits are non-refundable. An additional security deposit of $250 is retained upon check-in and refunded after post-rental cleaning and inspection. Rental is for the maximum allowed capacity of persons. No Pets Allowed. Online reservations will be confirmed upon payment of the deposit with a confirmation code, which must be provided at check-in. The unit is inspected and inventoried before and after each rental, any damage and missing items will be charged at the replacement rate. Private trip interruption insurance is recommended to avoid any losses due to illness or other contingencies. Rates and policies are subject to change.
